Kids Bike League
In the Kids Bike League we show the children the fascination of mountain biking playfully. Year after year the kids’ skills will be trained and improved. Soon they will be able to accompany their parents on a biking trip.

| Prerequisite | The children need little biking experience for the first level. In order to participate in the lessons, they only need to be able to ride on flat ground on a pedal-bike or a push-bike |
| Criteria | In the first level, the children get used to the bike. They learn to get on and off the bike on an easy terrain and to ride and brake in a controlled manner without falling. They also learn how to handle the steering system and the child copes with the first obstacles independently. The lessons are playfully structured and include various group exercises. |

| Prerequisite | Children must be able to ride a bike. |
| Criteria | In the second level, the children apply the technique they have learned in easy terrain to more demanding terrain. The obstacles to be overcome are higher and so are the demands on balance and coordination. They learn to ride a given distance with one hand and in a controlled manner and to pedal standing up. They will also learn how to shift gears on the bike and ride simple waves and hollows. |

Staiböck

| Prerequisite | The children need technical riding skills on easy trails and must already have experience in overcoming obstacles. |
| Criteria | Children in the third level already have a very good command of their bike and are now building on their skills. They learn to master medium trails without problems, practice jumps, drops and learn challenging balance exercises. They master berms and know how to control their speed accordingly. At the end of this level, the children master their bike on medium-difficulty trails. |
