Rocky Mountain Ladies Bike Camp

The Rocky Mountain Ladies Camp is set up for sporty ladies of various ages who enjoy spending their leisure time on a mountain bike. Would you like to improve your riding technique and discover the most beautiful spots in Lenzerheide together with other women? Then our Rocky Mountain Ladies Bike Camp is the appropriate camp for you. You will see that you are much more talented than you think.

Language The camp will be held in German. Some knowledge of German is required, the guides can assist in English, Italian or French if necessary. If this is desired, please note so in the registration!

    • Fullsuspension-E-MTB (two separate, level-appropriate E-MTB groups are offered with at least 10 participants. Otherwise, the participants on the E-MTBs will be integrated into the regular groups).

Requirements In this camp, all ladies are welcome who bring joy to mountain biking. Different groups depending on skill levels will be formed according to the videos below. However, bear in mind that you need to be in good physical condition for 3.5 days on single trails. Accordingly, you should feel comfortable on easy blue trails (as in the level 1 video).

Cancellation policy
  • Up to 8 days before arrival: free of charge
  • 7-0 days before arrival: 100% of the cost

Bike recommendation

For the alpine trails in Lenzerheide we recommend a bike like the Rocky Mountain Instinct or Altitude with 140-160mm of travel.
